Our Dry Hire option gives clients the freedom to hire Sauce and the accompanying dining rooms without all of the usual Sauce elements - it simply offers a blank canvas. This is the perfect choice should you wish to bring your own chefs or takeover the space for photography/filming purposes.
Prices for full-day Dry Hire begin at £5,000, inclusive of VAT. This comprehensive package includes the assistance of a dedicated kitchen assistant to ensure smooth operations on the day of your event.
As part of the Package, you will have exclusive access to Sauce and The Pantry dining room, perfect for entertaining groups of 12 guests or less. The Pantry can also serve as a production office, crew space, equipment storage or a general "behind the scenes" area, providing flexibility for your event needs.
The Conservatory, available at an additional fee, is the larger of the two dining rooms and can comfortably host up to 24 guests. With its stunning indoor skylight, this room is flooded in natural light making it ideal for capturing crisp visual content for TV and media.

Sauce’s décor is warm and elegant with a rustic, farmhouse character. Exposed brick walls, vintage furniture, including a distinctive French range, blends with state of the art equipment from our partners Samsung and Kenwood. Pots and pans are provided by the French heritage brand de Buyer whilst knives come exclusively from Global. Group stations give space for up to 12 people per class, with every cooking essential provided.
The Pantry is a relaxing dining space for guests to enjoy the fruits of their labour. The room features a large oak table set with specially commissioned Winchombe Pottery and adorned with the Sauce team’s favourite cook books. Comfortably seating 12 people it’s the perfect space to unwind after a cooking up a storm in the kitchen, beverage in hand.
For larger groups, The Conservatory is a beautifully designed, light-filled space centred around a bespoke dining table handcrafted by local artisan Martin Tucker. The room features thoughtfully curated details, including a cabinet sourced from northern France and lamps from Petersham Nurseries, creating a warm and distinctive atmosphere. Perfect for cooking masterclasses, receptions and guided demonstrations, The Conservatory also offers a stylish alternative to a traditional meeting space in a central London hotel.
