The Sauce team can create private cookery classes which can be hands on for up to 12 participants. As such, we’re able to accommodate most dietary restrictions and timelines; from a two hour after work experience or full day’s masterclass, we can create an experience that would fit into a wider day of events.
Corporate or private lessons prices start from £150 pp for a two hour demonstration, based on a minimum of eight attendees. Please get in touch to book your private cookery class; we would be delighted to create a great experience to fit your culinary desires.
Interactive demonstration can also be created for up to 24 attendees. The team will be on hand to create an event that is perfectly in line with your requirements and expectations. We’re happy to do something absolutely bespoke, but here are our more typical experiences:
• Canapé Creations! – Elegant and delicious, canapés are something we enjoy out and about but learn how to make the tastiest amuse-bouche with our professional chefs.
• Right Start – Learn how to get your dinner off to a great start with light and scrumptious starters.
• Sweet Indulgence – Spoil yourself and your guests by learning to create perfect desserts.
Needless to say all classes include eating as well as cooking and are accompanied by great wine or soft drinks.
Should you wish to create your own special event in our kitchen, dry hire options are equally available; product launches, food photography or any cookery based event can all easily be catered for. Guest will be handed over the keys of Sauce and will also have exclusive use of our beautiful dining room The Pantry.
Sauce is suitable for groups up to 12 people prices at £2,500 for a half-day and £5,000 for a full day. This price is inclusive of VAT and will include the services of a kitchen assistant. Sauce’s décor is warm and elegant with a rustic, farmhouse character. Exposed brick walls, vintage furniture, including a distinctive French range, blends with state of the art equipment from our partners Samsung and Kenwood. Pots and pans are provided by the French heritage brand de Buyer whilst knives come exclusively from Global. Group stations give space for up to 12 people per class, with every cooking essential provided.
The main dining space of Sauce, the Pantry, is a relaxing space for guests to enjoy the fruits of their labour. The room features a large oak table set with specially commissioned Winchombe Pottery and adorned with the Sauce team’s favourite cook books. Comfortably seating 12 people it’s the perfect space to unwind after a cooking up a storm in the kitchen, beverage in hand.
For larger groups, the conservatory is a beautiful design-led space. A large custom-built dining table created by local craftsman Martin Tucker takes centre stage in this bright and airy room decorated with great features such as a cabinet from northern France and lamps sourced by Petersham nurseries. Perfectly suited to cater for any cooking related event such as masterclasses, receptions, and guided demos it’s equally a superb alternative to more traditional meeting space in a central London hotel.
