Wigmore Christmas Punch




Dark rum of your choice – 150 ml
Guinness (canned or bottled) – 300 ml
Whipping cream – 400 ml
Salted caramel syrup – 150 ml


  1. Mix all together in a big jar
  2. Keep in the fridge at a temperature of 5-7 C
  3. Serve with a bourbon soaked cherry and nutmeg on top
