By booking a class with Sauce, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions help us maintain the highest standards of service and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.
Only individuals who have purchased and paid for a ticket are permitted to attend our classes. We cannot accommodate unregistered guests, as food and resources are prepared based on confirmed bookings. Allowing additional attendees may also breach venue capacity limits and compromise health and safety regulations.
Children may only attend classes that are specifically designed for their specified age range and must be reserved through a ticket purchase.
For safety reasons, infants are strictly prohibited from entering any kitchen areas under any circumstances due to the health and safety risks involved.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements when notified at least 14 days in advance. Please note that our kitchen is used for a variety of classes and ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Should dietary requirements not be communicated within the required timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate them.
For safety and comfort, we recommend wearing casual, comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes.
We encourage punctuality to ensure you get the most out of your class. Late entry to classes may disrupt the flow of the session and other participants. If you do arrive late, we will endeavour to accommodate you, but please be aware that you may miss important instructions or parts of the class. Please note that latecomers are not eligible for refunds.
In cases of serious personal circumstances (such as illness or the death of an immediate family member), we will consider refund, transfer, or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required, and any decisions made are at Sauce’s discretion.
For details on cancellations or name changes, please refer to our full policy [here].
If you’ve previously attended a specific Sauce class, please let us know in writing at least 14 days before your next booking. Although we run a rotating menu schedule, some classes may not feature a different menu each time. While seasonal ingredients may vary, the core structure and content of certain classes often remain consistent. If we’re aware you’ve been before, our chefs will do their best to adjust the menu to provide you with a fresh and different experience.
