Strawberry Rossini

Ingredients

• 30ml strawberry puree
• 10ml crème de framboise
• 5ml simple syrup
• top up champagne of you choice

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients except champagne in a mixing glass and stir with a few ice cubes.
2. Add a splash of champagne and stir briefly.
3. Strain into a chilled flute and top up with some champagne.
