Rémi, a French-trained Sommelier, has worked at renowned establishments such as The Fat Duck as Assistant Sommelier, and at the Michelin-starred Le Gavroche as Head Sommelier, managing an exceptional collection of 2,500 wines.
In this exciting course, Rémi will guide you on an exquisite tasting journey featuring five premium wines, each paired by the Sommelier and the Chef with carefully crafted tasting plates, designed to highlight the unique character of each pairing.

In The Sommelier’s Supper, you will learn:
- How to prepare a classic French recipe from the Roux archives.
- An insight into key grape varieties, regions, and production techniques to deepen your understanding of wine flavour profiles.
- Practical tips for delightful food pairings.
Timings: 6:30-9:30pm approx.
Age: The minimum age required to take this course is 18 years.
