Her appearances on popular TV shows like BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and The Drew Barrymore Show have showcased her expertise to audiences worldwide.
Gabriella’s culinary ventures have transcended continents, spanning Europe, the Far East, and the Caribbean, where she teaches masterclasses, caters for star-studded events, and collaborates directly with cocoa farmers and producers to innovate new chocolate recipes.
