For this chapter of the Trade Secrets series, we have turned our attention to veggies and the explosion of options provided by ‘Nature’s Larder’ at this time of year! Hosted at the height of summer, this is the perfect vegetarian cooking class for those interested in learning how to embrace a more plant-focused diet, whilst maintaining luxury, indulgence and flavour.

Prepare to decorate your plate with an abundance of colour and variety, as The Langham chefs teach you how to make the very best of the season.

Explore a variety of dishes, where the humble vegetable is transformed through recipes that keep them largely in their natural form: from courgettes, herbs, beans and pulses, to mushrooms, stone fruits, peas and beans. Marvel at their stunning array of colours, textures, shapes and sizes!

In this vegetarian cooking class, you will learn:

  • A 3-course, chef’s choice seasonal menu, focused around the celebration of vegetables

Timings: Arrival at 9:45am (session to begin at 10am). Masterclass finishes by 4pm.

Age: The minimum age required to take this class is 18 years.
