With the guidance of The Langham’s Head Chefs spend the day learning their trade secrets. A wonderful treat for both novices and accomplished cooks, you will learn to create delicious seasonal food, then enjoy eating it!
Discover the contemporary classics from the Roux at the Landau’s menu, whilst learning more from the chefs who created them. This course is all about showcasing the best ingredients in a modern-French way, inspired by the philosophy of the restaurant.
Over the course of the day, you will have the chance to prepare three courses, which you will enjoy upon completion with a great glass of wine, whilst having the opportunity to talk all things food with Sauce by The Langham’s experts.
