Cake Decorating Class

Unleash your inner pastry artist in our Cake Decorating class hosted by the celebrated culinary figure, Sally Dellar. From levelling and filling to crumb-coating and creating unique cake decorations, this hands-on course led by Sally covers it all.

Sally has been at the helm of the UK bakery, Crumbs & Doilies for 12-years, creating scrumptious treats that gained huge acclaim, and has since also delved into a presenting role for the widely-popular Cupcake Jemma Youtube channel, all while teaching her own classes in Soho.

Under her supervision at Sauce, master multiple buttercream techniques, from smooth straight edges to dazzling piping styles. Using you creative flair, elevate your decorating skills and craft a design that’s uniquely yours – perfect for eating or gifting!

In this Cake Decorating class, you will learn:

  • Levelling and preparing sponges
  • Fillings and crumb coating
  • Top coating with buttercream
  • A selection of styles and colours available
  • How to add a drip design in your choice of colour
  • Piping techniques

Age: The minimum age required to take this course is 18 years.

  • Bookings for this class close 48 hours in advance.
