Get ready for a blooming fabulous time this spring with our unforgettable masterclass at Sauce by The Langham, inspired by the iconic RHS Chelsea Flower Show! Since 1912, this amazing garden event has captivated floral enthusiasts and royal family members alike, showcasing the finest in horticultural artistry over five spectacular days in May.

Sauce is delighted to partner with the talented Shilpa Reddy – the London-based floral artist and founder of her eponymous design studio, celebrated for her vibrant, expressive arrangements across weddings and events in the capital. Shilpa has built a respected creative atelier and mobile flower school, with work featured on BBC Two and in Gardener’s World. Known for her bold use of colour and immersive installations, she brings a distinctive sense of artistry and warmth to every space she transforms.

In this Blooms & Bakes: Chelsea Flower Show class, you will learn:

  • The art of creating a beautiful seasonal bouquet inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show
  • How to make 3 types of seasonal cookies to take home
