Blooms & Bakes: Autumn Edition

This October, Sauce by The Langham is delighted to collaborate with the exceptionally talented Ricky Paul Flowers for a cosy and creative seasonal workshop.

Embrace the rich colours and comforting flavours of autumn in this immersive masterclass, where you’ll create both a beautiful floral arrangement and a selection of spiced bakes inspired by the season.

The morning begins with a light welcome break before heading into Sauce kitchen to bake delicious seasonal treats – perfect for sharing on a crisp autumn day (or keeping all to yourself!).

Afterwards, you’ll move into our elegant Conservatory dining room, transformed into a whimsical floral wonderland by Ricky and his team. Under his expert guidance, you’ll learn how to craft a luxurious, textural bouquet using the finest fall foliage and blooms.

As you arrange, enjoy seasonal refreshments from our chefs and raise a complimentary glass of Taittinger to toast your creations.

In this Blooms & Bakes class, you will learn:

  • How to design a luxury autumn-inspired floral arrangement
  • How to make delicious seasonal biscuits & treats
