Spice Masterclass

While a curry is synonymous with Indian cuisine, did you know that the concept of a curry house does not exist in India at all?

Learn more about the origin of spices and its use in the creation of some of the most flavoursome dishes from the Indian sub-continent. At Sauce’s half day spice masterclass, you will familiarize yourselves and make a three course meal with commonly found spices that will elevate any dinner from delicious to fabulous!

And there is no one better to take you on this regional journey of Indian food, than Chef Jitin Joshi – previously of Benares and Gymkhana in Mayfair.

What you will learn

  • Two North Indian Street Food starters, such as Sweet Potato Chaat
  • South Indian Seabass with accompanying sauce
  • Lemon rice
