• Sauce by The Langham Building Block vouchers are good for either of the following classes: Stocks and Sauces, Knife Skills, Master the Pasta, Pastry Foundations – Choux, Pastry Foundations – Macarons Mania, Pastry Foundations – Chocolate
• Sauce by The Langham Masterclass vouchers are good for either of the following classes: Cooking the Books, Trade Secrets from the Roux Kitchen, Palm Court Afternoon Tea.
• Sauce by The Langham Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase and can be redeemed from the 1st January 2020 only.
• Courses are available on selected dates throughout the year. Excluded dates may apply.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Sauce by The Langham reserves the right to cancel courses where necessary, but will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice and will suggest alternative options of equal value.
• Gift vouchers are not refundable.
