Embark on an evening of indulgence at Sauce with our exciting launch of Wine & Cheese Night, hosted by the highly esteemed, award-winning Sommelier, Rémi Cousin.

Rémi, a French-trained Sommelier, has worked at renowned establishments such as The Fat Duck as Assistant Sommelier, and at the Michelin-starred Le Gavroche as Head Sommelier, managing an exceptional collection of 2,500-wines.

In this exciting course, participants will learn how to make a delicious cheese soufflé – a traditional French recipe from the iconic Roux archives – through a detailed demonstration by the Langham chefs. With his unparalleled expertise and charismatic presence, Remi will also guide you on an exquisite tasting journey where each wine and cheese pairing beautifully highlights the unique flavours and aromas of each flavour profile.

In this Wine & Cheese Night class, you will learn:
