If you need to cancel your attendance on a course at more than 28 days’ notice you will receive a full refund.
Similarly, if you would like to swap on to another course at more than 28 days’ notice onto a lower value course you will have the full difference in price refunded.
No refunds, changes of course date or type are possible at less than 28 days’ notice.
Name changes, however, are possible at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel courses where necessary, but will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice and will either refund you in full or swap you onto an alternative course. If the value of that alternative course is lower, we will refund the difference in full.
No refunds will be made on vouchers more than 28 days after the date of purchase.
However the voucher is still free to be activated online (if within 12 months) and the credit can be used against any of our entire product range.
