You can learn how to up your game in the kitchen guided by a professional chef who is happy to share their trade secrets. During a fun half-day session, you’ll cook three different types of choux confections; vanilla choux, chocolate éclairs and the famous ‘Paris Brest’ to take home and enjoy with family or friends – or simply savour by yourself!
