Master that classic combination, scones and jam, with insights from the chefs of Palm Court, the home of afternoon tea. Palm Court is renowned for its contemporary, seasonal afternoon tea and the scones and jam are an absolute highlight!
While seemingly simple, there is a world of difference between an average scone and a feather-light Langham scone. And when it comes to jam, we make our own using the freshest seasonal ingredients and we’ll teach how to do this in a way that is delicious, but not as heavy in sugar as a shop-bought product. As an added bonus, you’ll also learn how to make a chocolate teacake, another delicious confection.
Lessons are sociable and good fun; our chefs enjoy sharing their top tips. And you will be really popular on your return home with armfuls of treats to share.
