This class focuses on celebratory dishes and cooking for special occasions. Dipping into the extensive archive of the Roux family recipes, The Langham’s Executive Chef Chris King will take you through three seasonal favourites specifically selected for unique occasions.
Experience a fun day discovering the French classics, many of which have undoubtedly made ‘culinary history’ and will be the glory of any dinner party plan. Feast on the results of your labours over the course of the day, with accompanying wine and a further opportunity to learn insider secrets from Chef Chris.
