Anna Higham Festive Puddings
We are delighted to welcome award-winning Chef Anna Higham (formally of Lyles, Flor and The River Café) to Sauce by the Langham for a very special festive class.
You will spend the morning filling the kitchen with festive spirit by learning to cook a couple of Christmas classics from Anna Higham’s book, The Last Bite.
Learn to make Christmas pudding which you will steam over the course of the day and take home in its basin ready to enjoy on Christmas day. While that cooks Anna will demonstrate her rough puff pastry and traditional mincemeat. You will then make your own mincemeat and build and bake some mince pies to take home and enjoy.
